REGOLAMENTO

OBIETTIVI DEL SITO

Il sito LaRimessaFerroviaria è una realtà privata ed indipendente che ha come obiettivo primario quello di divulgare la passione per la simulazione ferroviaria, all'interno del portale web è infatti possibile trovare svariati add-on e tutorial per diversi simulatori. La maggior parte dei contenuti viene condivisa in maniera totalmente gratuita, una piccola parte viene invece ceduta in cambio di una donazione volontaria con importo minimo, la gestione di tali introiti viene descritta nel capitolo successivo "gestione economica".

GESTIONE ECONOMICA

Come anticipato nel capito precedente "obiettivi del sito" una limitata parte delle opere realizzate viene ceduta come segno di ringraziamento solo in cambio di una donazione volontaria con importo minimo.
Gli introiti ottenuti a seguito di queste donazioni vengono utilizzati per coprire tutti i costi necessari a mantenere il sito in vita.
In ottica di trasparenza si precisa che gli introiti mensili sono davvero irrisori e ben al di sotto dei limiti di legge imposti, non fanno quindi reddito.
Nonostante come già specificato sopra gli introiti siano così esigui da non dover essere dichiarati, si è preferito comunque condividere le opere con offerta solo tramite il portale GumRoad il quale si occupa di versare l'IVA e le relative tasse in base al paese di residenza del venditore.

UTILIZZO SOFTWARE

Tutti i programmi utilizzati per la creazione degli add-on firmati LaRimessaFerroviaria sono di tipo open source.

MATERIALE PUBBLICATO

Tutte le realizzazioni presenti sul sito LaRimessaFerroviaria sono di proprietà dei relativi autori ai sensi dell'art. 1, comma 1 del DL del 22 marzo 2004, n. 72.
Si ricorda che senza autorizzazione è vietata la pubblicazione e la divulgazione al di fuori del sito LaRimessaFerroviaria, come anche l’uso parziale su progetti terzi e la modifica (anche se solo parziale). L'inosservanza di quanto precedentemente specificato è perseguibile a norma di legge.

PROCEDURA PER LA RICHIESTA DI MODIFICA DEL MATERIALE PUBBLICATO

Essendo la divulgazione e la condivisione della simulazione ferroviaria l'obiettivo primario del sito, non viene posto alcun veto in merito alla modifica di quanto realizzato se non quello di procedere ad una richiesta secondo le modalità sotto riportate.

Inviare richiesta via mail all'indirizzo This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. specificando quale rotabile si intende editare e nel caso fossero disponibili allegare gli screen di quanto già realizzato.
Se alla prima mail si ottiene risposta positiva sarà possibile procedere alla pubblicazione del repaint secondo le regole sotto riportate.

Il file repaintato non dev'essere in grado di funzionare autonomamente ma solo in presenza del rotabile da cui è stato derivato, infatti non è possibile pubblicare materiale de LaRimessaFerroviaria fuori dal sito. Il repaint dovrà quindi specificare nel suo file "readme" il rotabile padre da scaricare unicamente dal sito LaRimessaFerroviaria per poter essere utilizzato.
Ovviamente il singolo repaint può essere pubblicato ovunque in quanto essendo stato editato non è più di eslusività de LaRimessaFerroviaria.
Tale iter non è volto a rendere il lavoro complicato a chi si cimenta in opere di modifica, ma è pensato a garantire un file sempre aggiornato, infatti le mod pubblicate sul sito vengono ciclicamente rinnovate e riscaricandole dal portale de LaRimessaFerroviaria si ha sempre la certezza di utilizzare la versione più aggiornata, se invece venissero ripubblicate funzionanti autonomamente (seppur con una veste grafica diversa) sarebbero escluse da tutti gli aggiornamenti creando così una coesistenza tra mod aggiornate ed altre datate.

TARGET OF THE SITE

The website LaRimessaFerroviaria is a private and independent site whose primary objective is to promote the passion for railway simulation, in the web portal there are several add-on and tutorials for different simulators. Most of the content is shared totally free, a small part is given in exchange for a voluntary donation with minimum amount, the management of these earnings is described in the next chapter "economic management".

ECONOMIC MANAGEMENT

As anticipated in the previous understanding "target of the site" a limited part of the works realized is given as a sign of thanks only in exchange for a voluntary donation with a minimum amount.
The earnings obtained from these donations are used for all the costs necessary to keep the site active.
For maximum transparency it is specified that the monthly earnings are really small and below the legal limits imposed.
As already said the earnings are so low that you do not have to be declared, it is preferred to share the works with offer only through the portal GumRoad which deals with paying VAT and related taxes according to the seller’s country of residence.

SOFTWARE USE

All programs used to create add-ons signed LaRimessaFerroviaria have open source licenses.

PUBLISHED ADD-ON

All this on the website LaRimessaFerroviaria is the property of its authors pursuant to art. 1, paragraph 1 of the DL of 22 March 2004, n. 72.
Please note that without permission is prohibited publication and disclosure outside the LaRimessaFerroviaria site, as well as partial use on other projects and modification (even if only partial). Ingrangere what specified is punishable by law.

PROCEDURE FOR REQUESTING MODIFICATION OF PUBLISHED ADD-ON

Since sharing rail simulation is the primary objective of the site, there is no ban on modifying add-ons.
All you are asked to do is to make a request in the manner indicated.

Send your request by email to the address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. specifying which rolling stock you intend to edit and in case you are available attach the screens of what has already been achieved.
If at the first email you get a positive response you can proceed to the publication of the repaint according to the rules below.

The repainted file must not be able to work independently but only in the presence of the rolling stock from which it was derived, in fact it is not possible to publish LaRimessaFerroviaria material off the site. The repaint must then specify in its file "readme" the parent rolling stock to be downloaded only from the LaRimessaFerroviaria site to be used.
Obviously the new repaint can be published anywhere as being edited is no longer the exlusivity of LaRimessaFerroviaria.
This process is not to make the work complicated for those who try to edit works, but is designed to ensure a file always updated, in fact the mods published on the site are cyclically updated and downloading them from the portal of LaRimessaFerroviaria you are always sure to use the most updated version, if they were republished working independently (although with a different graphic design) would be excluded from all updates thus creating a coexistence between updated mod and other old.
